New Employees Induction Program

More than 120 trainees from the Qatari Emiri Diwan were trained in six consecutive projects. These projects aim to equip new employees with skills including administrative, technical, and personal development. These projects are implemented within three main axes:
– Personal Development Axis
– Technical Axis (Information Technology)
– Administrative Axis
Each axis includes a set of specialized courses within projects lasting between six and eight months, covering 12 diverse, stimulating, and practical training courses, in addition to coaching sessions for all trainees to develop successful personal plans.
